Vote 2024 – Poll Worker Recruitment

The Miami-Dade County Elections Department is recruiting Poll Workers to work the Presidential Election in November.

Miami-Dade County needs you! Poll workers are the greatest resource for ensuring elections that are fair, accurate, transparent, and accessible for all voters of Miami-Dade County.

Miami-Dade County is reaching out to voters who reside in areas of greatest Poll Worker need. Joining the team is easy! You must be a registered or pre-registered voter (ages 16-17) in Miami-Dade County, be able to read and write the English language, complete the I-9 employment eligibility verification form (new poll workers only), attend mandatory training, have excellent customer service skills, represent the County in a professional manner, and remain nonpartisan while at the polls.
