Update Your Signature
Update your signature for vote-by-mail ballots.
- Florida Law requires a voter to sign the outside of the vote-by-mail ballot envelope.
- The Signature must match the signature on file with the supervisor of elections.
- Your signature might change over time.
- If the signatures don’t match your vote will not count.
- This is especially true for people with disabilities.
- You must update your signature before your vote-by-mail ballot is received by the supervisor of elections.
- You must complete a new voter registration application to update your signature.
